Strict Exchange-Only Policy At Bikers World, your safety is paramount. Due to the critical safety nature of motorcycle helmets and riding gear, we do not offer returns or refunds on any purchases. However, we understand that sizing issues can happen. Therefore, we offer a strict 7-Day Exchange Policy subject to the following conditions:

• No Refunds & No Returns: All sales are final. We only process exchanges for a different size of the same product.
• 7-Day Window: Requests for an exchange must be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery.
• Condition of the Product: To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be 100% unused, unworn, and in the exact same condition that you received it. * Original Packaging: The product must be in its original box with all original tags, manuals, and protective films intact. For helmets, the visor’s protective film must NOT be removed. Scratched or used helmets will be strictly rejected for exchange.
• Exchange Process: To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer support team with your order number. The customer is responsible for shipping the item back to us safely. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will dispatch the requested replacement size.
